Exchange & Return Policy

By making a purchase on Ruab Fashion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. We aim to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

The exchanges can be made for anything of an equal or higher value as no refunds / credits will be held.

We only provide exchanges of the goods once sold. We have a strict no return and no refund policy under any circumstances whatsoever.

We are not liable for any refunds or returns incase of a delay in shipping or delivery. 

In case of exchange, the new product value must be equal to or higher than the exchanged product.

An extra charge of ₹250 will have to be paid by the customer as exchange courier charges.

The exchanged product/products must be couriered back to us within 1 working day from the time you have notified us about the exchange.

Please note: In case of a tampered parcel, kindly do not accept it. If the goods inside are tampered with or defective, please make a video while opening the package and report within 72 hours from the time of delivery. No such requests will be entertained after 72 hours.

While we maintain the highest quality possible, in case of any defect or damage in the product (proven with an unboxing video), we will only be liable for an exchange after quality check. No refunds will be issued.

No credits will be held for more than 5 working days. If we are not informed about the desired exchange product within 5 working days of sending the parcel, the exchange will be considered void. No credit will be held thereafter.

Products are eligible for exchange only once. Multiple exchanges will not be entertained.

At Ruab Fashion, we are pleased to offer an exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and has original tags intact, within 5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. You just need to contact our team. The customer is liable to pay the return pickup courier charges in case of exchange. Once the product qualifies our quality check, we will dispatch your replacement order.

Please ensure that the product you exchange is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.

We are not liable for any exchanges that are not notified to us within 5 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • No exchange is offered for international orders.
  • No exchange is offered for products purchased on sale/discount.
  • No exchange is offered for customised products.

If your payment method is declined, please:

  • Verify your card details (number, expiry date, billing address, phone number)
  • Contact your bank

You agree that the credit card details provided by you are accurate and that you will use only your own card. We will not share your information with third parties except for fraud verification or as required by law. We are not liable for any credit card fraud.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Conditions

  • COD is available for orders up to INR 20,000
  • Available only on selected pin codes
  • Orders will be verified via call before processing
  • If we are unable to reach you within 3 attempts, the order will be cancelled
  • Payment must be made in cash (INR only) at the time of delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Flight delays
  • Political disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

PRICING

We strive to provide you with the best possible prices on the products and/or services you purchase from us. However, we do not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in any city, region, or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. The prices mentioned on the Site are not subject to comparison with the same or similar product(s) and/or service(s) available through any online or offline sale. Pricing is subject to our pricing policy and shall be determined solely at our discretion.

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors (including typographical errors) may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you accordingly. We reserve the right to modify the price of the product and contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

In the event that we accept your order, the amount will be debited from your credit card account. Payment may be processed prior to the dispatch of the product. If we cancel the order after processing the payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account.

The individual product price as displayed on Ruab Fashion  includes the supplier product price, handling charges, styling fee, and customization charges (if any).

COMMUNICATIONS

When you send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you via email, SMS, phone calls, or by posting notices on the website, or through any other mode of communication which shall be deemed adequate service of notice/electronic record. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including SMS, emails, or phone calls from us with respect to your order.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Sale offers are valid for a limited time and are applicable on online purchases only at Ruab Fashion, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at any time. Offers are void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to introduce promotions (individually or collectively) at intervals of our choice. While the general terms of this Promotions Policy set out the conditions governing all promotions, we may also provide separate terms for individual promotions. While choosing to participate, users are requested to review and understand the terms governing each promotion in addition to this policy.

We may, at any time and without prior notice, modify or discontinue any promotion or the terms governing such promotions. Promotions may be applicable to selected products or across all products. They may also apply to specific purchases made on the website. Furthermore, we reserve the right to withdraw all or part of any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Notwithstanding the stated duration, promotions will remain valid only until stocks last. We reserve the unconditional right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. We also reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of any promotion without assigning any reason or prior intimation to users.
